Memetics is the study of how ideas thrive and are transmitted. Ideas that are packaged to be healthy, interesting, exciting, compelling, all tend to be transmitted more than others. This glossary is a short overview on how to consider packaging ideas so that they are fit. Select from a list below.

WATERFALL DISTRIBUTION: the act of disseminating quickly or forcefully, as many variants of a meme as possible so as to discredit a particular version.

An analogous example might be Madonna's distribution of false MP3s from her new album, designed to overtake and supplant the actual files while delivering a message meant to deter downloaders ("What the fuck do you think you're doing").
